Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia was a true first mover within the Thomas Cook Group—consistently profitable and pioneering digital solutions for pilots and crew. They were among the first to adopt the iPad, using ProDocs to eliminate paper manuals from the cockpit.

72 kg of paper – over 20,000 pages – was replaced by the ProDocs app, delivering instant search and easy access to critical information.

Next step was ProForms, enabling fully digital checklists for both pilots and cabin crew.

Pilots handled fueling reports, assessments, and pre-flight walk-arounds.
Cabin crew reported on inflight entertainment, seat repairs, catering, and more.

All data flowed seamlessly into backend systems for processing—unlocking significant cost savings and operational efficiency.

Thomas Cook Airlines ceased operations on September 23, 2019, following the parent company’s liquidation.
The Scandinavian division continued under the name Sunclass Airlines, still serving Spies and Tjæreborg Rejser customers

Feel safe in Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen

Tivoli Gardens is the world’s second-oldest amusement park. With ProApp documenting every ride’s condition, guests can feel safe and secure.

Over a decade ago, FORCE Technology began using ProApp to streamline amusement inspections across Denmark.

Previously, inspectors relied on clipboards and cameras, later merging notes and photos into Word documents to deliver reports to amusement owners—a time-consuming and error-prone process.

With ProApp, the entire workflow was reimagined. Checklists and task assignments are managed centrally in the backend, while field inspectors use the mobile app (iOS or Android) to capture photos and enter observations directly during inspections.
Once completed, a single tap compiles the report, sends it to the customer, and stores it in the system—delivering a major leap in efficiency and accuracy.

Elevator manufacturer - creating digital inspections with legal compliance

A leading elevator and lift manufacturer transformed legally required annual inspections from 49 paper-based checklists into a streamlined digital process with ProApp—saving time, reducing costs, and minimizing errors.

In Denmark, most public services must undergo legally mandated inspections. The process is regulated by Danish Standard, and completed reports are validated by DANAK.

The manufacturer needed an end-to-end system to comply with strict Danish Standard requirements—ensuring accurate checklists, proper inspections, and reports approved by DANAK.

ProApp delivered that solution, enabling the inspection company to convert 49 paper checklists into a dynamic digital workflow that ultimately earned DANAK’s approval.
